The Presbyterian Association of Musicians had a membership database of 7,000 records and a separate database for each of their four conferences. A single relational database was needed that could serve all of the organization's needs and include added detail for each record.

After creating the new database, it was estimated that it saves the organization's staff 320 hours of work per year while increasing the accuracy.
